We are calling for abstracts for presentations at the 2011 Gateway Medical Society Provider Symposium. The objective of the Young Investigator Competition is to offer a forum for those physician trainees who are committed to closing the gap in the area of racial and ethnic health care disparities, to have a forum to present their scientific work before an audience of peers and mentors. Young Investigators are defined as medical students and physician trainees (residents and fellows) for this competition.
